September

Removed original Redi-8 two stage battery charger, replaced with ProMariner Pronautic 12/20 multistage electronic charger platform. Cleaned up wiring and terminal connections.

Replaced original combiner battery switch with Blue Sea e-Series Dual Circuit Plus™ Battery Switch along with a SI-ACR Automatic Charging Relay. Now batteries are isolated so engine battery doesn't run down when using DC systems.

Removed the Charger/Inverter from the AC system. This unit (Heart Interface Freedom 10) is located in the port side bulwarks accessed through a round hatch in the cockpit. It was causing a short in the AC system, popping the supply duplex outlet ground fault. It's removed behind the AC panel, and also the inverter supply (black 2/0 gauge at the house battery isolator switch in the engine compartment.) As it was only wired to supply the AC outlets I have no need for it, and felt it safer and better for the whole electrical system if it was removed from use.

Replaced the cockpit speakers with marine quality Dual speakers
